Really was not as hard to put together as some reviews made it out to be however we were a couple of nuts and bolts short by the time we got to the finish and the handle does seem a little flimsy with the door not sealing completely at the top edge - a simple fix by putting magnetic tape around the door. Compared to my single walled greenhouse it seems to keep the temperature at least 5 degrees celcius warmer inside - and this is at a time of year when tempertures are only about 2 or 3 degrees celcius (36 - 38 degrees F) at night! The distributor Exaco has a great product in this German designed & fabricated greenhouse kit. Light weight aluminum is easy to work with and very sturdy...and the polycarbanate panels are perfect for this application. The shape is ideal for rain, snow and wind (we just had 88mph wind gust last night). I put this on a concrete pad with water and electricity to it. I secured it to the pad with anchor bolts and siliconed for an airtight fit. I couldn't be happier with the results. Mind you...this is a kit. Best to have some experience and some friends on call as you will need some extra hands at times. I was able to put the front and back profile, doors & windows together myself. My only complaint about this greenhouse is that it is very easy to misalign the pieces, even after extensively reviewing the DVD. Oh, the DVD about how to put it together was filmed very poorly, too--most of the time you're looking at the back of the guy's hand, instead of the part of the greenhouse that you need to see up close. Those things being said, I'm very happy with this greenhouse. It is super sturdy, and the optional anchors work great. I would recommend this without hesitation. The automatic vents work really well, although in warmer climes you'll probably want a fan (I'm in the rainy pacific northwest, and even with the vents the temps in it reach 90F sometimes). Four stars instead of five for the rather poor/conflicting documentation on how to assemble it. But I still put it together by myself, regardless. (Although it took 7 hours)."..."  Read more

We use this as a greenhouse. So far it is exactly what we wanted. It's too soon to tell if it will hold up for 10 years but the frame and base seem to be solid enough. I would for sure recomommend it for a southern greenhouse. However, it took me and my wife over 15 hours to construct."..."  Read more
