So far I have found that the prepackaged popcorn with seasonings work best, it just seem to pop better. Overall I am happy with it. My kids love to watch it make popcorn. Clean up is a bit tedious but I am sure that they are all similar. The bottom tilt out tray seems a bit flimsy, but overall I would recommend. Service Review fast delivery as as usual! The only kick I have with it is that the interior space is much too small for the size of the kettle. It is almost impossible to use a scoop to fill your bag or box of popcorn without spilling it all over the floor as the scoop runs into the kettle no matter how you position it. I use the Great Northern Popcorn portion packs with this machine and am overall satisfied. It is a little on the salty side and I did find a lot of unpopped kernels in the end. Otherwise it is just like movie theatre popcorn. The machine is very easy to clean with a damp cloth and doesn't take up much time.
