I'd been looking for a canning set to replace the one I've been borrowing from my mother-in-law, and this is it! I love the lift-out rack and have been using it with my yogurt making adventures. I'm looking forward to next year's canning season, because I will be able to process a lot more jars at one time. LOVE the extra doodads, too!

Perfect for a first time canner!!

I used the canning set to can salsa-it was my first time canning anything!! Worked great-didn't take as long as I had thought, though it was still a pretty slow process. The length of time it took had nothing to do with the canner though. Was great quality and fit quite a few pint sized jars. I was able to do a whole batch (about 12 cans) with one time. Definitely recommend!

I love my hot water canning kit. It is perfect. I have made sauce and jams several times since I got it a few weeks ago. I got exactly what was advertised, that doesn't always happen depending on the company you oder from. I should have orderd it sooner, great product!
