mark from new york, NY	5.0 2/20/2012 every house need one. i have ben using this pan for 70yrs more or less,and i have not found any thing for baking my fish.that could do a better job.when i was a kid this was the most popular pan in the kitchen,today it is not a easy pan to get your hand on..i do not fry my fish i bake my sheapheah fish in this pan with unions & tomatoes and it do the job.
