Good Product

Product Review

Thusfar the product is considered to be excellent - sturdy and easy to construct (as easy as a play structure can be).

Service Review

Delivery was terribly difficult to follow, the product was not appropriately packaged - started on one skid and ended up in various extra boxes with damaged parts. Customer service was very courteous but not able to fully determine where the product in the logistics chain on several occassions (shipped to Canada)
