There should be some way of using your own hangers and securing them without using a rubber band to keep them together.perhaps a small adjustable strap secured under the handle to keep hangers together and keep clothes from slipping and wrinkling. dissatisfied from midwest, US	1.0 6/26/2008 Absolute junk. Product Review The zipper on this bag broke the first time we used it, in the middle of a trip. It is flimsy and I would not recommend anyone buy it. We had to rip out part of the seam, get the zipper back on track, and sew up the ends of the zipper to get it closed again. Fortunately, ripping out the seam was easy, since it was shoddily sewn in the first place. Service Review First the wrong bag was delivered. The CS rep I spoke to did not know what to do and had to call me back twice. Instructions for pickup were vague, and CS would not commit to overnighting the correct bag to me. It did arrive in time, but was so flimsy that I was sorry I bought it. Was this helpful? Yes / No
