The handle came off after one week of use and the plastic support at the top of the bag broke in two at the same time. I would not purchase such a poorly constructed bag again.

I am very satisfied with my purchasing this bag.

Exactly what I wanted at a very good price. One good feature is the flap pocket. Other brands you will lose change and keys in the bottom of the flap pocket because of it's design. This pocket goes all the way to the bottom without extra stitching, etc which is what I wanted. The only downside to this is the strap that will not stay at the same length, it always moves and makes it too long for me. But since the strap is removable (other brands are not) I'll grab an unused strap from the closet to use instead.
