I like the fact that the tote bags are expandable by means of the zippers, but the wheels could be a bit larger. Still, it's a good buy.

The size and convenience of these bags is great, particularly in this day of hand baggage air travel. Dont expect the wheels to be useful on any airport walk, really only handy for security queues

Exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight , hold tons of stuff and great for short 2 night trips. Only thing I would see as an improvement is wheels that are slightly larger to maintain balance when it is fully packed.

This tote seems to be well constructed & very sturdy. I purchased it because it can be expanded to accommodate more. My only question is that the wheels are loose but maybe they need to be in order to roll. I have not used thi tote yet, but I am planning to go on a trip in a few weeks & will be using it then. I actually bought the 27" bag in case I needed the larger size.

I received the tote within a few days of ordering it - faster than expected. It arrived in excellent condition. The woman I talked to in customer service was extremely helpful. This case did not come up on her computer at first & she had to search in several places to find it - she did not give up! I had numbers to give her from another online source & through her perserverance, she was finally able to find it - thanks Jennifer!

A friend told me about this case. Since we both travel quite a bit, she said she uses the case in its smallest form to store a few items she carries with her. While traveling, the expandable case opens more as needed to allow gift purchases to be stored. There are two zippers allowing the case to open three times its collasped size. I have purchased the largest and smallest size to accommodate my needs depending on where I travel. I love the concept and will be giving it a try next week. [...] I also love this case as it zips down to a very small size for storage!!! Fabulous concept!

Delivery was prompt but the two bags purchased were stuffed into an undersized box. As a result the wheels on one of the bags were damaged. Should have used a bigger box with better packaging.
