“Hi, I have ten foot ceilings and want to hang this over an island. Will that work? It looks like the round flat part is supposed to fit against the ceiling.” asked by Deidra

"Hey Deidra, In my opinion, since this light fixture is rather short, it won't stand out as much from a 10 foot ceiling. You can use this, but you will lose sight of the light because of the ceiling height. I would highly recommend purchasing a much longer light fixture."

"Hi Anna. In taking a look at the Accurian Collection, this is the only island pendant that they offer. They have what they call a Nook Chandelier that is listed under SKU GNL1467 that still has three lights on it and is more narrow. I'm not sure if that is something that might work for you. The dimensions on that are 20" H x 24" W."

R Shah from NJ	4.0 6/7/2011 Great Island Pendant Product Review I bought this Island Pendant for my 6x3 ft. Island. It just looks gorgeous. The product is exactly as described on web. It comes with adequate length of metal strings and electrical wire (more than 6 ft.) to adjust the hight. Only reason, I strip-off one star is the size of Domes. They are quite big approx. 10 to 12 inches in diameter. Issue is, I cannot find large accent bulbs that covers most of the dome. Else its a great product with a contemporary look.
