I am very happy with this product, overall. It is a beautiful work of art. The info posted with it claimed the shelves were adjustable, which was part of its appeal; however, the shelves are not easily adjustable. The shelves sit on sturdy wooden ledges attached to the sides of the cabinets. You would have to remove these ledges (hopefully they are only screwed in and not glued in); then, you would have to figure out where you want the shelves and drill holes to replace the ledges in a new position. The alternative is to simply take out a shelf and leave the ledges, but then you have less shelves to use. I was disappointed with this, as I wanted to use this as a media cabinet, and dvds will not fit vertically in the positioned shelves. I decided not to risk removing the ledges, as I didn't want to damage the product. It is beautiful; however, I was expecting easily moveable shelves with pre-drilled holes in the cabinets. Still glad I purchased this art piece!
Nice TV console

Looks nice. Solid build. Nice openings in the back for equipment aeration and cooling.
ATTRACTIVE BUT NOT WELL-MADE

[...]The piece looks very expensive and weighs a ton, but is not constructed well - screws were put in crooked and some were stripped; doors didn't close smoothly and required a lot of adjusting and shimming.[...]
Over the top!
