Ginsu 16 Piece Stainless Bamboo Knife and Block Set - 4816

Iv had these for awhile now, was worried about rust issues iv read but I hand wash and dry right after use and haven't had any problems and are still very sharp

I had been looking for a quality cutlery set, but many I saw were ridiculously expensive. I saw the Ginsu set and liked the way it looked and it was a brand I knew; plus the price was excellent. I read some reviews and decided to give this set a try. [...] The knives are now on my kitchen counter just waiting for me. I used them for the first time to make a beef stew and it was such a pleasure to actually cut through meat instead of cutting part way and basically tearing the rest. I love these knives and will use them every day.

Years ago I watched a Ginsu ad on TV & wanted one ever since-I was not disappointed!-good looking set-very sharp knives-heavy & totally worth the money-also,it says you can put knives in dishwasher

I can't fine anything wrong with this knife set. All knives are sharp. Slicing and cutting so easy. Would recommend highly and would purchase as a gift.

Excellent set, overall. The bamboo block is a bit soft, as it is to be expected with such wood. I coated it throughout with a hard-finish lacquer that avoids nicks where the knives enter their sheaths. The Santoku is particular well balanced and cuts very well. Serrated knives (including steak) are VERY sharp, use caution.
