Ginkgo Le Prix Green 44 Piece Flatware Set - 24400-8

I hated to give up the beautiful flatware I had because the sharp edges hurt. I looked around for something exactly like this set. Ordered it! Started using it and have no regrets. Debating at this point if I should order another set!

I bought it for my parents because of its quality.

We are casual at most of our meals & entertaining and have colored casual dinnerware. We were ready to replace our previous flatware and were looking for something that would stand up to a lot of use-indoor, outdoor, etc. The quality of the flatware is about what I expected. We like the shorter handles and fork tines, and the shape & feel of the spoons (some flatware spoons feel too thick to me). The knives are kind of cool because of the round tip shape, but they are very useful for cutting bread-meat-anything. The weight is adequate. I was surprised, however, that the handles are too thick to fit in my dishwasher's individual silverware slots. Minor issue.
