I purchased this chair for my mom to exercise her legs since sheis not that mobile , it worked for her. My mother uses it and is comfortably for her lite weight body. I have also sat in the chair and like it so I ordered one for myself. The price is reasonably and it wasnt that hard to put together! When following the instructions it gets tricky when your asked to count from botton to top or top to botton to apply the prehole pieces, one has to know where to place the top two prehole pieces, before you screw and lock the pieces together. Although it doesn't have pillows, I sewed and made them for the chairs.
Really nice...once I finally got it put toghether

This rocker was supposed to be easy to assemble and it would have been if not for the fact that one of the holes was not drilled out completely. This meant that I accidentally stripped the head of the bolt before I realized it wouldn't go any further. I had to take it out and re-drill the hole so that the bolt fit properly. Now that it's together it looks great and is comfortable to sit in.
Sturdy, but not a very good paint job
Holly from Wisconsin
This rocking chair was very sturdy and affordable, but there was definately a set back with the paint job. It looked like there had been some nicks in the wood, and someone just smudged the paint on with their finger or something in those spots to cover up the nicks/dents. These paint smudges were in very obviously places too, like the arm rest, top of the backrest, many places on the chair. But like I had mentioned, the price was great, and we couldnt find one more reasonable anywhere. It just all depends on what type of quality your looking for and the purpose of the purchase.
VERY difficult to put together
Ginny from Chapel Hill, NC
The rocking chair is nice and big, very comfortable and pretty. The extra details that come in the "deluxe" chair vs. the regular one are worth the extra money... BUT... the chair is VERY difficult to put together! The screws (particularly to attach the rockers on the bottom) strip very easily and its difficult to get the angle right. We ended up only putting 3 of the 4 in and 1 isnt in all the way. We cant get it further in or out... thankfully it doesnt affect the rocking too much, but also means we cant use the rocker on a hard wood floor (it would scratch the floor). I am giving it 4 stars because I really like the size of the chair... and it seems that most of these chairs are difficult to put together yourself :/
Made in China. That is all I need to say

I purchased this chair for my daughter-in-law so when my grandson is born she can rock him. The chair is so poorly made I feel uncomfortable having her sit in it with my grandson. The surface preperation, sanding, staining, and sealing is non-exsistent. The chinese need to be introduced to sandpaper. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.

Very good, comfortable, good size chairs. We use it on the porch. Easy assemble and no issues. Highly recommend to others.
Patricia Wilson from Saco, Maine
Looked okay coming out of the box but when you sit in it is not very sturdy. Unfortunately this was discovered after it was assembled so was not able to return it. We even used glue as was suggested but it is still very rickety. I thought it was being sent assembled.
