Received the complete set a few days ago. Unfortunately the 5 and 9 drawer dresser set had huge chips on the legs. The sad thing about it was that the box it was in had no damage whatsoever so it makes you think it was boxed damaged. Not to mention the media chest had damage on the top drawer due to a set of screws not being sanded down well enough. Again, these sort of things should have been identified before boxing. I'm currently waiting on either a furniture doctor to "hopefully" fix them or wait a few months for new furniture on back order. Not a happy customer.

White glove delivery was great. The two gentlemen who delivered noticed the damage right off the bat and told me about it. They even showed me the boxes to let me know that the boxes weren't damaged and that the furniture was boxed that way.

My bed arrived today- it is beautiful! Very well made and super sturdy. The white glove delivery service was also 5 stars- quick, professional, and on time. But I wish the website would be more specific: 1) this bed does not have the drawer (as on the picture) 2) I would like to see in the description what is it made of exactly

I absolutely love my Bed and Dresser, they are beautiful and will last me for many years, the only problem i have is when they delivered my bedroom set they delivered the wrong nightstand with it, they have been working on trying to get the right one to me however i believe i could have reordered 3 times and gotten it by now as it has been 3 weeks since my orginal delivery and still have not been given information as to when i might expect my nightstand.

The service men that delivered my Bed and Chest were very professional and put my bed together and took all garbage out with them. I was very pleased with their service.

Everything went the way it was planed. We are very happy with the product.

I actually special ordered the bed with two sides of storage drawers and I absolutely love it. This bed is my favorite piece of furniture that I own...I will be ordering two nightstands next. I was really disappointed with this whole order. I ordered the bed with the storage drawers, the nightstand, and the dresser[...] I had to send back my bed because one of the face boards for the drawers was cracked. It wasn't until over a month later that I realized the front decoration at the bottom of my nightstand was coming apart. Both of these were due to over screwing in the support pieces. I think they were in a hurry and it wasn't spot checked, so now I have to fix their mistake after I paid them to give me a [$] product.

For the white glove delivery.... it wasn't white glove quality. I had a couple boxes with holes punched into them. Now I am waiting on recieving my shipment again. I originally ordered in April, I recieved my first shipment in June where I had to send my bed back. It is now August and I still don't have my bed.
