Great transitional style. Needed sconces in upstairs hallway. Got two for 10 ft wall. Maybe could have opted for the smaller version, but I wanted more light. Easy install. Just fiddle with them to get the shades to sit level. If the shades could be removed without unscrewing bulbs, it would make a much more functional design.

I bought this sconce to replace a vanity light in our powder room. I love the clean lines and design. And the hardware matches the simple iron-framed mirror and bronze bathroom fixtures. Both shade and hardware are excellent quality. Unlike a vanity light, the sconce sends light both up and down. This creates diffuse, soft lighting, which would also be great for a dark corner or hallway.

We installed this sconce in the entry foyer to our home, which is decorated in a transitional style (blending modern and traditional elements). The clean lines of this sconce blend in perfectly. The oil rubbed bronze frame is contemporary and the off white, linen shade is nicely structural without feeling too modern. My only complaint is that, with outlets for only 2 60watt bulbs, the light is slightly dim for our purposes. I installed two 23watt CFL bulbs, which spit out light similar to two 100 watt bulbs, which greatly improves the brightness of the sconce without creating a fire hazard. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase. 4 stars only because I wish the sockets permitted 75 or 100 watt bulbs.

Used the sconces in the hallway of a town house. It provides the right amount of light and is an attractive addition to an ordinary space.

These lights are perfect for our new master bedroom. They look very trendy and fit with most decorating styles. Loves them, but then I love all of George Kovac's products.

Check out this brand. I have bought 2 lamps so far and I am very happy with the design & performance.
