Nice Option I couldn't put recessed lighting in my kitchen so I used a few of these instead. They work great. I can direct them exactly where I need the light and it looks beautiful. |

Beautiful lights! Striking looking fixture that fits perfectly in my kitchen. Throws a lot more light than I thought it would. Needed to call an electrician to install as we were replacing a flourescent fixture (complicated wiring), and the only thing that he commented on was the need to bend the rods. Took some time to do so, but the end result was well worth the effort. We also installed a dimmer switch and the lights work perfectly with it. My kitchen is now upgraded to the 21st century. Very pleased! |

Poor Design I had to order 2 additional standoffs to safely hang the light rail kit. 2 of the standoffs were easily damaged during installation. |

Love it! Great lighting system. My husband - who is pretty picky - can't stop talking about how great it looks. After figuring out how to curve the rail managed to get it so it looks like it was custom made for our kitchen. We did get a dimmer for it - the lights are BRIGHT which is good, but the dimmer makes them absolutely perfect. |

Love the style of this light! This light has great style and works perfectly over our kitchen bar area. I searched for one of these lights locally, but couldn't find one. Price is great for this type of light. We had the transformer installed professionally and worked with the rail to curve it to get it the way we wanted it. Would love a dimmer, but need to know what to get. I do not think a regular dimmer works on this type of light. |

best deal in class Having looked at many monorail lighting systems and been shocked at the prices, we bought this fixture on sale as a stand-in for something better. However, we have had it for 6 months now, and we have no plans to replace it. It looks great in our living room. We attempted to use 5W LED bulbs bought on eBay in this fixture, but the included transformer drops to a lower voltage under low loads, making our bulbs way too dim. We currently have four 5W LED bulbs and two of the original bulbs, and it looks great and is still pretty energy efficient. A serious do-it-yourselfer might use this fixture for its aesthetics, and replace the transformer to get cheap LED track lighting. |
