Beautiful, but wast of money Product Review I purchased this product 3 years ago and yes, I loved it and got a lot of compliments for it. Now, it simply stopped working! One day, one light flickered, then another one and soon they were all dead. My husband took it apart and tried to fix it, but apparently we need some electrical parts... In short, its a bummer and a waste of 300. Service Review No, since it does not work! |

tricky to balance Functions as promised, but directions are not accurate, and assembly is confusing. e.g.Allen key provided for bolts that are not needed, actual bolts need a flat screwdriver. Once hung evenly, it's pretty much impossible to re-use the plugs on the end of the shortened wires, so we just cut them off. |

Nightmare to install I would stay away from this product. We took it out of the box and the lines were a long tangled mess. It would seem that with a counterweight design, you could just hang the fixture and then adjust the height. Not so! You have to completely disassemble the whole thing, cut the electrical lines, and then TRY to put it all back together and make it hang right. The instructions were horrible (bad english translation, didn't match up to product, very vague), they give you the wrong tools (hex key instead of micro-flathead), and on top of all that, some of the plastic pieces were broken. I honestly believe that this fixture is the most poorly designed piece of junk I have ever seen. About 3 hours into it, I put it all back in the box and called Wayfair for an exchange. Fortunately, they were very friendly and helpful with the exchange. Apparently, I'm not the only one who complained about these counterweight nightmares. Hey George Kovacs, you need to take a lesson from [...]on your assembly instructions!! What a joke! |

Even better than I thought it would be We installed this chandelier in the dining room over our dining table. It added just the right amount of drama without going too far. The counterbalance feature plays up the architectural style of our house perfectly. This chandelier was also the easiest light fixture we have ever installed, though it looks like it would be tricky. |
