I also have other Reelcraft Hose reels. Just like those, this cord reel is a commercial product that should last my lifetime. Still made in the USA! I've bought other cheaper products that have since broken and would rather pay extra for a product that I don't have to fix. It's pricey. ~ 290- 300. ...or about 260- 270 if you come across a 10% off code from Wayfair. I think it's worth it. Good quality plug & receptacle, very nice cord, geat reel. It's what I expected from Reelcraft. I also bought a swivel bracket and mounted this reel overhead. It now rotates 340 degrees, so I can use this to work either inside or outside the garage. They also make a swivel bracket for wall mount. Reelcraft also has useful You tube videos to help with the operation or selection of their products.
