Spout does not stay put

As beautiful as the ceramic part looks, the spout is not of good quality. I paid about $25 including shipping, and it was not worth this amount. The spout not only is made of a plastic finish which does not look like it will last long, but the spout does not screw on and moves around instead of staying still. This makes it difficult to dispense the soap. Maybe I received a defective model and others are of better quality. I don't know.
