Fantastic 5 Star Customer Service!
Patricia from Minot, ND– Verified Buyer
This beautiful gazebo is just what I want to enjoy the beautiful spring, summer and fall days and evenings here in North Dakota, and the price from Wayfair can't be beat! Wayfair's customer service is wonderful! My gazebo arrived in boxes that were damaged, and I could see that some of the pieces inside were damaged also. I called Wayfair customere service, told them what I could see inside the boxes, and they shipped a complete new gazebo! Unfortunately, winter is still here in North Dakota so I am not yet able to enjoy my wonderful gazebo. I will submit another review once we have put it up and review it for quality and ease of assembly, but just can't say enough good things about the prices and customer service at Wayfair! Five stars for the wonderful customer service!

the 12 by 12 went up easily. two guys installing my patio pavers installed it in 4 hours. one read the directions the night before. it came on one large pallet and well wrapped. there are no spaces or gaps anywhere. i plan to put silicone sealer between the base and pavers to keep rain water out.

This 12x12 gazebo is absolutely beautiful. Was tricky putting together like other reviews said. When it is done it is just beautiful. We have a 8x8 hot tub in it and there is room to walk around the whole thing.Would definately reccommend. Hopefully it will last the New york snow storms!

We love it

We got the 12X15 model. warning: it's actually 12'6X17'. I had to extend the deck to accommodate it. It is well made and not too hard to assemble, except that we didn't have the correct instructions for the hardware we have. Door frames had different bolts and screws than specified in the instructions. It took us about 10 hours for my wife and I to assemble it.
Big and light for Hawaii
Alma from Lakewood, CA– Verified Buyer
A reasonably priced, good looking structure that keeps the wind out, moderates temperature, and makes for a cozy, but large enough spot to gather friends, family, or simply finds some quiet privacy in. I put this up as a temporary structure with its tie downs, adding lug nuts and extra reinforcement on a large composite 150lb deck. The structure is super light weight - the 12'x18.5' weights only 780 lbs including packaging, and I could carry and assemble most of it myself. It is this light weight aspect that is also the negative of the gazebo. Any strong wind, as is the case with states that have periodic hurricanes, inland areas with tornados, or anywhere that a wind rating of 56 mph does not work, will not be able to get this permitted, or expect it will hold. In Hawaii, the requirement is 105 mph winds, or better. The other problem is the packaging was severely inadequate. With only one pallet, smaller than the size of the box, the box was pushed down around it. Holes in the packaging also resulted in 6 of the flimsy sliding windows being pushed out of their tracks, and the screen and plastic pushed out of the grooves that hold them. I was able to put the screens back, but one of the plastic windows was stretched and damaged. Just an extra layer of cardboard for stiffening, and internal support to allow the single pallet to carry the length and width that protrude would have saved the components from damage.
