I purchase this gate for my 13 week old puppy to keep him confined so he will not get into anything when I am unable to watch him. This gate is great before I had a baby gate that we had to lift our leg to get over. Sometimes we would knock the gate down trying to get over it. It took the paint off the wall keep taking it down It damaged my walls. We use this gate to block the puppies from getting to the back of the house so that the kitties can run free. It is absolutely wonderful for this.
