They look great and the tension on the tilt action is just right. I had purchased and returned this type of mirror (another brand) to a retail store because it wouldn't hold in place. These work great and are just as you see pictured on the website. [...]. I had someone install for me, but I didn't hear that there were any problems. Service Review Prompt delivery, but when we opened it up it was missing a metal piece on the back of the mirror that was supposed to be installed at the factory. When I called customer service, I was told to ship the whole thing back. Since I was on a deadline and could not wait, I took my dog's old rabies tag and glued it on the back and it worked perfectly!
