If you are looking for a small, unobstrucive greenhouse that you can tuck away in a garden corner or close to the house to easily monitor your seedlings and small plants this greenhouse is for you. Easy to assemble and easy to store. Great greenhouse for both amateur and/or professional gardeners.
Greenhouse of death
Jennifer from Portland, OR– Verified Buyer
I bought this greenhouse hoping to extend the growing time of my pepper plant, since it had one bell pepper not quite big enough to harvest, and several smaller ones. It arrived very quickly and was quite easy to put together, even with minimal instructions (getting it the second star in the review). I placed it in a nice, sunny location in my yard and placed a couple of bricks on the bottom shelf to stabilize it and keep it from tipping over in any wind. I put the pepper plant inside and also put an outdoor thermometer sensor which displayed the results inside my house. Within a day or two, freezing temperatures hit my area. According to another temp sensor out in the backyard, the temps hit 31 degrees. Eagerly I checked the greenhouse, sure it would be in the 40's. It read 22 degrees. And this pattern repeated every single night. During the day, when the outside temps said 43, the greenhouse would read in the 60's or even 70's, but as soon as the sun went down, the temps plummeted inside the very structure that was supposed to hold and retain heat in order to preserve my plant. On my weekend I went out to see the results. My poor pepper plant was a wilted, withered, dead thing inside it's pot, with all the little peppers brown and dead. So.... I'm baffled as to what happened or what went wrong, but this appears to be a complete waste of money for me, unless I come up with a reason to want to make things colder than the overnight outside temps. Honestly, I wonder if the pepper plant might have had a better chance at survival just in the regular outside air, rather than being placed into this killer greenhouse....
Green thumb success!

I purchased one of these last year and I liked it so well I had to purchase another. The quality is great. It's very easy to assemble and use. We're very happy with it.
