Excellent product.... Outstanding service... Product Review This product appears to be top of the line in this size and price. So well built, it could be considered "over-built". Service Review Delivered on time and in perfect condition, which is no surprise coming from Wayfair. |

great safe Product Review i use the safe mostly for passports, papers and other small items. it is small but large enough for my needs. it has all the features I was looking for: hole in the bottom to bolt it to the floor, fire rating, fairly compact size and easy to open electronic lock. while this might not be the safest safe on the market it is certainly the best you can get for the money and more than sufficient for the home. Service Review very fast shipment |

Build quality is disappointing The safe came with a noticeable scratch on the front which had to be from the factory since the thing came double boxed with foam. There was sharp metal inside that I had to file off since I feared it may scratch some valuables. The plastic tray is completely warped. I wish the door hinges were beefier since they look like you can pry them with a crowbar. However, with that said, the door itself looks like it would be hard to bust open since it locks on two sides. The key and combination lock have a good feel to them. Overall, this safe is far from perfect but for the price, it should get the job done. |

It Works OK Can accept up to two 6 digit codes. Codes can't be shorter. There is no key bypass. The batteries are on the outside so I guess at least you can replace them if they die. I received a 4" concrete anchor. Not long enough if you're going through carpet and padding. Bought longer Red Head and it went down fine. Seems to be pretty well made but the front electronic's and housing don't look very rugged. |

Great safe! Product Review Worked great right out of the boxes [...], and felt lighter than expected. Construction seems tough, however, with the included bolt very useful for in concrete bolt down (not mounted yet while new floors are installed). Highly recommended and budget priced, with a good amount of space. Service Review With the free shipping, I expected it would be here in a few weeks, but I was upgraded to quicker shipping at some point in the order process, with an e-mail notification provided. The safe arrived in less than a week, which was very impressive. UPS did a number on the box, slightly denting a corner, and chipping the paint. Every Safe was ready to ship me a new one, but I said no thanks. Instead, I asked for a recommendation of paint to repair the chip. To my surprise, they shipped a tube of paint to cover the corner chip. The service was outstanding, with follow up e-mails and phone calls. |

A Good Value Bolting down this safe requires some tools and drilling into the surface the safe will be sitting on. Hardware is included, but we used our own. The safe is made so that actually bolting it down is relatively easy. The bolt hardware does not impinge on the interior space. We might have liked even more fire protection and waterproofing, but those considerations were outweighed by space efficiency issues. The electronic keypad is very easy to set and use. We liked this safe enough to buy another one for a family member. |
