Seems like a good machine if it worked Satisfied with the machine and how it works. Within a few months the mother board blew and it was sent for warranty repair. We didn't get it back for over 6 months. Sending it back for warranty wasn't much of an issue (things happen) but not getting it back for 6 months within a month of purchasing it was a little annoying. |

needs more work on it, but still ok coffee its ok its need to be easier to use, and the grinder needs work! its easy to mess it up, and have to clear the grinder, and its much harder to do then you would ever think!!!!! But thats "life" |

Good machine I bought this espresso machine for use at my office. Approximately 15 people use the machine, requiring a total of about 30 shots per day. The machine has held up nicely so far (bought in June 2010). We clean the brew unit weekly and the shot size seems to change based on the time between cleaning. Meaning, the shot size is very large just after cleaning and reduces as the week progresses. Overall a great espresso machine. Niza schooma, good flavour, reliable (so far). |

Jewel in my kitchen After my Gaggia Syncrony Compact broke, I used this machine to replace it. PROS: - really hot coffee, temperature selectable - two boilers: steam while brewing - best/most crema I've seen in a while - 3 volume buttons right on the front - lots of other adjustable parameters - fast start-up, fast grinding - relatively quiet - large reservoir - cappuccinatore well-suited for parties - has menu language "German" available CONS: - stainless steel is so hard to keep neat - initially a lot of water before steam comes - frequently in 'heating' mode after initial coffee - it's South-German menu language ;-) I love to use it pre-gym early morning. Just two buttons, and you get your caffeine fix. One weekends I go latte. I have the feeling the machine is better suited to a small office environment than single person household. |

super easy to use I love the one touch features. Not having to grind or tamp is great. it's not too loud. now if it only would automatically fill itself from faucet! |

Great Machine Very good machine that is "easy" to use under normal operation. Yes, it often indicates it is empty even though there are still beans...this gets worse with oily beans. So, what you just stir up the beans and all is fine. If you are always in a hurry, but want very good coffee very fast, it is the machine for you. The taste is not quite as good as with a manual, stove top espresso maker, but it is pretty good. |

Great product Great product. I have owned other similar products from Seaco and Trevi but this seems to be the best of the lot. A quality product. |
