Cheap housing, but solidly built. I've used over 100 times now with no problems.
Very good espresso!

Been using for about a week now. Takes a few goes to get used to but not massive learning curve. Produces very good espresso and steams milk well. One issue with our machine is that the top of the housing has come apart and we are unable to reattach. If we weren't in Canada and had it shipped all this way we maybe would've returned but decided against it as it's doesn't affect how the machine works in any way.

Cheap housing but solid guts. Used 1-2 times a day after 2 weeks, produces inconsistent shots. small reservoir. Had a Starbucks Barista for over 10 years that was much easier to use but the espresso from the Gaggia is better. Wishing I had bought a Saeco instead. Would probably not buy this model again.

I never knew there was crema in coffee until I bought my evolution espresso maker. There were mixed reviews about it, I took my chances and have no regrets. i use it every day and its give me the best espresso ever even if the coffee has been grounded the day before.[...]
Great Espresso Machine
Lovin' Lattes from Battle Ground, WA– Verified Buyer
This is a great little espresso machine, doesn't take up too much room. Read all instructions before use to get the best results. Steam will run out too soon for milk if machine is not prepped properly. Warm up time is quick. Great tasting espresso.
Love these Gaggia's
KT from Cloquet, MN– Verified Buyer
This is my second Gaggia. I loved the first one, so buying another to replace it made good sense. It heats up and makes the espresso very quickly. I can make others, when I have company quickly as well. Only draw back is that the frothing wand with the attachment on it is so low, it makes it difficult to use a traditional frothing cup. But for the most part, I love the gazzia's!
