Update March 2013 I have had this for almost a year now. It is holding up well. I used an HVLP spray gun to do some painting on my house and shed. It worked just fine. I also bought a framing nailer and the compressor did fine with that also. ** Every other compressor in this range uses a very noisy single piston compressor. This compressor has a dual piston compressor and is very quiet. Their ad says 60db. I have a db meter and at 6 feet away it was reading 64 db. Very quiet. You can run it in the same room without issue. See youtube videos comparing compressor noise. Compresor SPRAYIT ULTRA or Quiet Air Compressor Sound Comparison It is so quiet I can use it in the attached garage at night without disturbing people in the house. It has the tank pressure and line pressure gauges and comes with an inline air filter water trap. SPRAYIT is the same compressor marketed as GMC and California Air Tools. California Air tools is who ships it and services it. You can buy some decent quality HVLP spray guns for under $40. Harbor Freight will often have one on coupon for under $20. The compressor had no problem keeping up with the brad nailer or the spray gun, The top of the wheels rub a little against the wheel bracket. They should change the wheel bracket. The compressor is a nice small size, and at 6.3 Gal it has enough capacity for most painting and nailing. 3.80 CFM 40 PSI . 2.35 CFM 90 PSI. Maximum Pressure - 116 PSI. At 7.6 Amps and 120 volts, it easily runs on any 15 amp plug. The customer service from California Air Tools is excellent. The first unit was dropped on its end during shipping. Bending the handle and the pipe that holds the gauges and connector. I called the 800 number and they emailed me a return label and I just had to drop the sprayer off at UPS. They sent a replacement right away. I am very pleased with this and highly recommend it. I give the compressor 5 stars,

Nice and quiet, just as described and expected! Not enough cfms to be running a sandblasting cabinet or an air grinder 247, but for my needs, this is perfect. I waited a long time to buy a compressor since I need to run it in the basement and it had to be quiet enough that if it starts up in the middle of the night, Im not gonna jump out of bed with the noise. Loving it so far!

Great but for the money. No oil which is great cause oil for these can be expensive. Definitely going to buy another again

Of course a product lake this should be in use for a couple of years before giving it a good review, but it is doing the job I need, and much quieter than the compressor I had before which makes the working environment much more pleasant.

This compressor is very quiet, althought the wheels can be better designed. A good price for the quality of this product.

This compressor was everything I expected. For those who have used other compressors, this one is much more quiet. Dont get me wrong, it isnt silent at all but I use it inside my home and I can still hold a conversation next to it. Good buy for the money!

I was looking for a mid-size compressor that was quiet and efficient. I am extremely pleased with this model...I can easily talk over this one and for the price I think it's a great value.

Bought this compressor to run a candy machine. It works nicely. It IS quieter than a "regular" compressor...it seems to have a different "pitch" but don't be fooled: it's loud. No way you can you talk over it. However, it's just not as annoying in sound like most compressors are. For the price, I'm very happy with it. Also, I needed it quick so I chose an expedited shipping method and had it the NEXT day. Wow, thanks Wayfair.
