Sweet quiet compressor
Paul from Mt Zion, IL– Verified Buyer
We use this quiet compressor at all of our festival set ups (for our airbrushing business), and we have put it through the "ringer", so to speak. Being out at festivals we needed something quiet, so as to not disturb and or irritate the rest of the vendors in close proximity. At our typical festivals, this thing is pretty much running non-stop, all day long, for 3-4 days at a time ....... and we do roughly 12-13 of these festivals per year.
Quiet & efficient for small jobs

This is my first air compressor. I wanted it for sand blasting glass and found it hard to find consistent information about how much power is needed to do the job efficiently. The large compressors are powerful, but noisy and expensive. I chose this one after first finding a blasting gun that could work at the lower cfm and horsepower of this unit. It works great for my purpose even though I sometimes have to wait for the air tank to refill; a small trade-off for the price, portablility and relative quiet of the unit. I've also used it to fill bicycle tires and find it much quicker and quieter than the small units available for inflating car tires. The instruction book is minimal and I found one of the important settings confusing, but I called the manufacturer and got an answer to my question right away.

Very quiet, as long as you get all the hardware

Having previously owned an extremely loud compressor, I was looking forward to getting one of the quietest available. And it is indeed quiet, but it wasn't quite as quiet as I expected, until I realized I had not received the spring washers that are part of the wheel assembly, and most of the noise I heard was the wheels rattling. So if you are missing such pieces, you can still attach the wheels, but I'd advise getting them and attaching. It's amazing what a big difference such a little thing can make.

compact, super quiet and will do the job for most folks..Wheels needs washers placed on them when you assemble so you dont allows the wheels the rub on compressor's finish. No big deal. Overall, this compressor would even work in a dental office where compressed air is needed but quiet background operation.

Good compressor. Fairly quiet but the plastic caps on top of the cylinders rattled. The regulator needs + and - arrows on the cap to show you which way to turn to adjust. The gauges are hard to read. They should be facing up. I'm satisfied, it's a good compressor. Could have been cheaper. I'd buy it again. We'll see how long it lasts.
