I am a HUGE fan of Nordic Ware products. They truly are superior to others I have tried. They are a "Green" company & I highly encourage all to look into the process how they elimanate the use of poisonous chemicals from their coating, unlike other companies with nonstick. You can't go wrong with Nordic Ware and their items will last such a long time even with daily use. Our son loves to make pancakes but I hate having to clean up after him. I bought this for him so he could have his very own pancake pan to cook with. These are the perfect size for everyone and has encouraged him to clean up after cooking. The pan only needs a wipe down to remove any crumbs on the edges. Nothing more.The pancakes slide right off the pan onto the plate. NOTHING sticks to this pan and despite my thoughts of uneven cooking, every pancake circle cooked even & perfect. I even gave him a wood spatula to use with it for preventing scratches. what a beautifully made frying pan- deep for cooking stirfry, stews, fried chicken,etc. balance just right with superior non-stick finish on the inside. thedome stainless lid fits perfectly(the only thing to remember is the lid gets HOT so use an mitt when grabbing the handle)all-in-all ,for the price compared to the other more expensive brands this pan is roomier and amuch better buy-you can tell it will stay in the family a long time!"..."  Read more

I love these pans. My sister and I have had 2 for over 25 years and then I bought 2 more for myself. Since then I have purchased 2 for my sister and 2 for each of my girls. I use these pans on top of the stove for bacon, eggs, and pancakes. But my favorite way to use them is in the oven to bake cookies, because they distribute the heat so evenly. I get more compliments on my delicious cookies and I know it is because of these pans. I also use them to bake fruit pizza, home made pizza and chicken.
