I use these frying pans every day and they are wonderful. I bought a cheaper frying pan at a discount store and the non-stick finish flaked off within 4 months. These Emeril pans cook evenly and clean up beautifully with dish soap and a washcloth. I am only giving 4 stars because I can't put the pans in the dishwasher, but they are not ever dirty because they are non-stick. I love them and would not even let another borrow them because I am sure they would not be returned. :) All thumbs UP!"..."  Read more

Ordered the regular stainless steel complete service and was so disappointed that the frying pan would allow food to stick to it at low temps..so I ordered Emerilware teflon frying pan and it works great! too bad they don't offer a glass cover for it for i had to shop again looking for a cover and Calphalon had one so i ordered that to work with the frying pans."..."  Read more

I found this pan to be very useful, the smooth cooking service is perfect for frying bacon. I have 3 small complaints. Firstly, the pan is a wee too small. The square design I thought would hold at least 8 strips of bacon, it holds 6. Secondly, the pan is not heavy enough, this creates a bit of a balancing act as the handle is to long and too heavy to allow the pan to stay level. Thirdly, the lip of the pan is too low and I am concerned that the grease will come over the top and cause a grease fire, as I have a gas stove[...]"..."  Read more

I am currently replacing all of my old non stick pans with stainless and thought that I would start with a small pan. This one has been perfect for things like grilled cheese or cooking a few eggs. It is easy to clean as long as use don't use olive oil and let it get too hot. I did this and had to get a stainless steel cleaner, and then it cleaned up nicely. I would recommend sticking with butter or reg. oil and you shouldn't have any trouble. Wayfair sent me this product to review and I couldn't be happier. It's a great little pan."..."  Read more
