I purchased this pan as a gift for my mom to replace her toxic pan. I also have this pan and love it. Occasionally if I don't clean it right away or leave a tortilla in it, the food will leave a black spot. Sometimes this can be removed with vinegar & water heated on the stove and sometimes not. But even if it leaves a discoloration on the pan it doesn't affect it's non-stick feature. And I love that it's non-toxic and reasonably priced."..." Read more

After years of using teflon I was so thrilled to come across the EarthPan skillet. The nonstick coating is awesome and entire pan is very durable. After trying the 12" I searched for and bought the 8" and 10" skillets. Price was perfect too. My brother bought some very expensive titanium skillet but these are so great I wouldn't trade them! Love the fact they're eco-friendly, won't have to throw them out after a few years (like teflon) and are nicely crafted."..." Read more

What can I say, of all non-stick pans I have purchased this is truly the best and really non-stick as advertised. The first thing I did was to cook egg whites without any oil or butter.
