This is a very good frying pan. It heats evenly and rapidly. I have used it for everything from frying steaks or fish fillets to making various sautees and sauces. Most of the time it is very easy to clean, but once I let it go too hot and dry and I had to spend some time cleaning it with a stainless steal cleaner, but it looked good after that. Quality & performance are All-Clad excellent. Domed cover doesn't look as sleek as the regular flat covers. Price is good but not cheap. The 13" skillet was not in stock & had to be ordered. Bottom cooking area was better than expected, but not as much as the larger 12" & up fry pans & skillets.
