Bought this to replace our worn out nonstick. I was a little concerned about sticking food, and cleaning. After a little practice, I have mastered the pan. No stick even with eggs. Cooking with stainless has made me a better cook. My family has been really impressed with my cooking, saying that everything has more flavor. I wish I could take credit, but it all goes to the pans.
