Thrilled to find this set of 2 Calphalon Omelet pans. Nice big deep ones, with smooth slopping sides, for easilly slipping food onto a plate. Solid Handles, with no heat transfer, you can pick them up without burning your hand. We had been looking for several months for a couple of nice large 10" and 12" skillets. My husband always fries his potatoes in the largest, and his eggs in the smaller one. Every morning. for 22.5 years, we are on our 4th set of pans. Teflon coating doesn't last, the handles are coming loose. We began looking on line, especially pans that were made in America. Found them on your site. [...] followed good instructions for using them. They are wonderful. Our other skillets nice lids fit them just fine,they were on a great sale. Two of them for less than One would have cost separately. Thanks so much for providing this service. We don't live close enough to a large city no cookware store. I use these frying pans every day and they are wonderful. I bought a cheaper frying pan at a discount store and the non-stick finish flaked off within 4 months. These Emeril pans cook evenly and clean up beautifully with dish soap and a washcloth. I am only giving 4 stars because I can't put the pans in the dishwasher, but they are not ever dirty because they are non-stick. I love them and would not even let another borrow them because I am sure they would not be returned. :) All thumbs UP!"..." Read more

My daughter wrecked my small Anolon frying pan years ago when she was in junior high school. When I finally decided to chuck it and get a replacement, I wanted a pan that would hold up at least as well as the other pieces in the cookware set it was a part of. This pan is every bit as good as the original -- and maybe even better. As advertised, the slope of the sides really is conducive to sliding food out more easily. The pan's slightly heavier than its predecessor, but not so much so that it's difficult to manage. The heat is distributed better, and food cooks just a little bit faster and much more evenly. Just to see how truly "nonstick" it was, I've tried a few things without any butter or oil at all, and nothing has stuck or left behind any messy clean-up problems. The attractive bronze finish and overall design are real plusses. The one drawback to this pan is its lack of a lid. What really sold me in the end was the pan's reasonable pricing. If you want a good pan but haven't got a fortune to spend, you can't go wrong with this one."..." Read more

I've had too many frying pans in my lifetime that promised one thing or another --- easy clean up, non stick etc.............the list is lenghty with too many promises squashed. Until now -- this is by far THE BEST frying pan I have ever used. It's sturdy, but not so heavy that one has to be an Olympic weight lifter to use. It sits beautifully on my ceramic stove top without spinning, tilting or whirling about without prompting. It frys evenly - no welling or listing as some fry pans do. Clean up is literally a snap.
