Frying Pans & Skillets

Bought this to replace our worn out nonstick. I was a little concerned about sticking food, and cleaning. After a little practice, I have mastered the pan. No stick even with eggs. Cooking with stainless has made me a better cook. My family has been really impressed with my cooking, saying that everything has more flavor. I wish I could take credit, but it all goes to the pans. I purchased this pan for use on a portable induction cook top and it works well with it. The pan is manufactured extremely well and is solid and has some weight to it. I like the handle design as it never gets hot from sitting on the burner. This is NOT a non-stick type of pan, so things will stick to it if you don't coat the pan prior to cooking with it. I love this LC omelette pan. It feels great in your hand and is clearly a very high quality product. The nonstick surface is great for carmelizing onions, cooking eggs, and other tasks requiring a small pan. I make sure to only use it with non-stick tools to ensure that the non-stick finish lasts for years to come. This pan is great, but so is most everything when it is new. My big complaint with non stick cookware is that every pan I have ever owned only lasts about a year. I'm hoping this pan is different.
