I found this brotform easy and fun to use while baking bread. After letting my bread dough rise in the brotform, I turned it out onto a baking stone. I followed the directions exactly and the brotform released the bread dough without a problem and was easy to clean by tapping it over the sink or trash can, and using a soft dry brush to brush out the flour.
