I purchased 2 of these pans, just to order 1 more later. These pans work very well. I use a whole wheat bread recipe that is for making 2 loaves of bread with these pans I get 3 large loaves. These pans are easy to clean and retain their beautiful finish. I have baked almost 60 loaves of bread in my pans, in the last 9 months. I do spray them with a light coating of Pam. Using these pans, that is the easy part of baking bread. If you need bread bags the bag should measure 5.5H x 4.5W x 18L you may use a larger bag, but I would not go smaller."..."  Read more
