I never had seen a glass bottom springform pan before so I was intrigued and purchased it. Ive been impressed with the Frieling brand before so I figured I would like it. When I used it the first time with one of my favorite cheesecake recipes - I was so pleased how it turned out. My only worry is that I dont scratch the glass with a sharp knife.
