GREAT FURNITURE FOR A GOOD PRICE. IT'S EVERYTHING WE EVER WANTED. TO HAVE BOTH SIDES RECLINE ON BOTH THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT WAS GREAT. IT'S SO NICE TO TURN THE MASSAGER ON FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. IT'S SO RELAXING. THE BURGUNDY COLOR MATCHES OUR LIVING ROOM PERFECT!

THE FURNITURE CAME IN ABOUT 5 WEEKS. THE GUYS THAT DELIVERD THE FURNITURE WERE HELPFUL. EVEN THOUGH THEY WASN'T SUPPOSE TO MOVE MY OLD FURNITURE OUT OF THE HOUSE THEY DID IT FOR ME.

[...]i would've liked the option of a stationary twin recliner loveseat as i don't have the wallspace for the rocker.also need wallspace for flip-up light in sofa.other than that it's beautiful and everything was handled very professionally.love it!

I use this as a daily seater, I enjoy it, any I can have guests over as well. I like the storage that the sofa provides.

These couches are just wonderful! I love all the hidden nooks and features. They look beautiful, are super comfortable, and the material is super soft and still relatively easy to clean. My 19month old wiped banana on it within five minutes of delivery and it wiped right off. Two minor concerns: the reclining mechanism on the sofa is a bit sticky, you have to work a bit to get it to pop. We had ordered the optional heat and massage, but the plug shorted out within minutes and grew really really hot. I reported this to Wayfair and they are sending me a replacement plug. Hopefully that will solve the problem. However, the massage mechanism is really too weak to feel through the cushions, so I would recommend saving the extra [...]. Overall a wonderful product, well built, functional and beautiful.

The only thing we DON'T like about it is the color, do not be fooled that the Burgundy is anywhere near that color. It is more of a RUST orange, a color very popular in the 70's which is coming back again. Color just doesn't go with any of our previous things(burgundy, purple, blues, etc. in the great room. Love the TEXTURE of the so called 'Burgundy' though as it is a chenille type fabric where the beige one is not. Very pleased with product otherwise!

Delivery was delayed from factory. Communication with CSNsofas.com was excellent! The delivery guys were friendly, timely and helpful, much better than a recent delivery by the company JC Penney uses for furniture delivery~

My product arrived in Michigan on 2 Dec. but was not delivered until the 18th. I called your service number, the number of the overall shipper and the shipper that was delivering the shipment. CSN was very good about the whole thing but I was going to be out of state that day and had to make special arrangements to have someone at the house or I would have had to wait until after the 1st. of the year. I think 16 days to deliver something that is four hours away is rediculous. The company gave me the run around for a whole week before they finally told me they only deliver once every two weeks up this way which is 14 days not 16. I would never buy anything that was shipped through them again.

Family Christmas put all 7 seats to the test (sofa and two love seats). Everyone liked the look and comfort. The brown/beige color is attractive. Sitting in front of the fireplace with my feet up in either the sofa or recliner is delightful.
