I am so happy with this cookie sheet! The quality of this sheet is really great. I am very pleased with the way my food turns out!

Economical alternative to aluminum... Like many other reviewers, we found that the only downside so far is the glue used to attach the marketing label to the sheet. After a bit of googling we just applied a coating of olive oil to the glue residue, waited a few days, rubbed off as much of the softened residue as possible and washed with dish detergent and hot water. Hope this helps...

I read the reviews when I was looking for new cookie sheets. Being these were under the 4+ star rating I was expecting a thicker sheet. I've baked on them a few times and will say that they do bake the cookies evenly,just not sure how long they'll last because of the lighter weight metal.

Exelent aternative to aluminum baking baking sheets.

I used these stainless steel baking sheets to pre-cook 12" square yeast dough pizzas before thansfering them to a stone with a peel. These sheets cook the crust perfectly! they work great! The heat is transfered evenly across the entire bottom!

I have used my cookie sheets for cookies (duh), oven fries, pizza,and chicken links. The cookie sheets clean up easily and cook evenly. These are the best cookie sheets I have ever owned. I'll never go back to nonstick coating.

This little cookie sheet looked great when I received it, but it didn't hold up well to our heavy duty pizza baking session. The pizza cutter left an imprint on the cookie sheet, so it is now divided into 8 sections. I am still using it, but it would look better without the dividing lines.
