Jean from Cleveland, OH	5.0 3/26/2012 Happy with the Fox Run Madeleine Pan I read that a shiny, tin plated pan is the best choice for a madeleine pan. This pan makes beautiful madeleines. The recipe that came with the pan gave a great hint for greasing the pan. You make a mixture of butter and flour and coat the shell shapes. The madeleines just came out easily. I was under the impression the pan was made in the USA. I try to buy items made in the USA. But I discovered it is not made in the USA. I'd buy this pan again and recommend it highly. Running Foodie from South Bend, IN	4.0 7/19/2011 Excellent quality for a good price I chose the steel madeleine tins over the nonstick because I like how it browns better, and the price is cheaper. If you make sure to grease the molds properly, you shouldn't have much problem with sticking. The madeleines released well for me with minimal sticking, though over time the pans will be better seasoned and most likely not stick at all. I'm happy with my purchase. Was this helpful? Yes / No
