I use my nutmeg mill for adding nutmeg to cappacino coffee, on top of desserts over whipped cream, and in various recipes. I have 2 mills. This nut/spice grinder is a handy tool in our kitchen as we love fresh spices. It's so easy to use and I love that the bowl is removable (my old one wasn't) and dishwasher safe.
