Food Mills

This is my first Food Slicer. I've wanted one for years and I may have went overboard on this one, but so far, no disappointments. Days after use I'm still amazed just how sharp the blade is. I first used the slicer for boneless pork chops. Yes I know that the instructions recommend that meats like this be partially frozen but gave them a try anyway. The machine still did a wonderful job. Before I bought the slicer I read on the reviews about the clean-up, well eventhough I had misplaced my instructions, I found it easy to take apart the machine, clean it up and then put it back together.
