There were two things wrong with this bag. First, the stitching. The stitches are very visible and there are visible gaps between pieces of the leather. It's poorly made. Second, the handle of the bag is extremely hard. I was very disappointed in the quality of this bag. I do like the Wayfair site and shopping online, but sometimes it's very difficult to tell the quality of an item. In this case, I was very disappointed.

Love this satchel. Smart, sophisticated design. Can function as a briefcase but not look so corporate. Will hold MacBook. Beautiful leather. Use it everyday for biz. Travels well. Top zipper strong & secure. Fits under plane seat. Long strap could be 2" longer but short handle is perfect. Would've given all stars but came w broken interior zipper. Minor given cost savings on gorgeous bag that's complimented often.

Only problem I have is getting the top zippers started. Nothing to grab hold of to start zippers. With my arthritis, can't hardly get the top zipped! I love the feel of the bag! Love the handles and shoulder strap.
