The Florence Manufacturing Company is the nation's leading manufacturer of superior quality mailboxes and accessories for centralized distribution and collection of mail and packages. Florence Corporation was founded in 1934. The company acquired Auth Electric in 1990, American Device in 1998, Cutler Manufacturing in 2000 and started doing business as Auth-Florence Manufacturing.

For more than a century, the Florence line of postal specialties has maintained industry leadership by offering consistently superior product quality. Today Florence Manufacturing has its headquarters and manufacturing operations in a new fully automated 192,000 square foot building located in Manhattan, Kansas. This facility combines ample room for future growth with state-of-the-art equipment to bring improved productivity and enhanced quality to every aspect of the company's fabrication, assembly, warehousing and shipping operations.

In 2003 and again in 2005, Auth-Florence was selected to receive the prestigious U.S. Postal Service Quality Supplier Award.
