The size area in your yard that I would suggest for the the kids to comfortably use this product would be between 130"-140", just so that the kids have room and this is just from looking at the overall dimensions of the set."

Our daughter-in-law did buy a baby swing to replace one of the two swings though because he is still too small for the full size swing. He needs help climbing, but he loves the slide. They were all scraped up and are now rusting because of it. Otherwise it would be rust free for now. I only had it for a week. The rest of it is doing fine. The bolt holes were not punched out all the was so had to use a screwdriver to make it fit. Bolts are made cheap and strip out easy.
