We are casual at most of our meals & entertaining and have colored casual dinnerware. We were ready to replace our previous flatware and were looking for something that would stand up to a lot of use-indoor, outdoor, etc. The quality of the flatware is about what I expected. We like the shorter handles and fork tines, and the shape & feel of the spoons (some flatware spoons feel too thick to me). The knives are kind of cool because of the round tip shape, but they are very useful for cutting bread-meat-anything. The weight is adequate.
