I bought this because it's 1st quality. The handles have a front and a back. Because the handles are thick, they will not stack together in your drawer. This design gives a very cool, modern look on the table. It is two toned with a brushed middle and shiny border. My set is made in the USA and does not have CHINA stamped all over the back, which makes me happy. You will not bend the spoon when you scoop out your frozen solid ice cream.
