Good case for the price. For the price of this case I am very happy. I have my marlin 795 in it with a scope, and it just fits. This case is very flexible, so if you do not have all 4 locks on the case, you can slip the contents out. the foam is good probably around a half inch think, and it holds the contents in place. |

Fit my requirements quite well. I bought this case to transport my 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser. Case fit perfectly. Like others, I feel the foam egg shell padding sould be thicker. The rifle is heavy and forces the padding down when carried. I need to find and purchase another layer. Until then I can live with it. A very good case with a very reasonable price tag. |

Great case for your rifle. Great case to store my late husband's rifle. I needed a case to keep the rifle in good condition. It is a beautiful rifle that he enjoyed so I am glad to have found a nice case. |

Good product with one suggestion... What would make this a superior economical case would be thicker padding to protect the rifle / hold it in place.I use this case to ship my antique rifles.Every thing else is satisfactory...particularly at this price |

PADDING IS TOO THIN OVERALL A PRETTY RUGGED CASE, BUT THE INSIDE PADDING IS VERY CHINTZY COMPARED TO MY PLANO. I USE IT FOR MY SAVAGE RIOT GUN WITH PLASHLIGHT MOUNT AND THE THIN PADDING ALLOWS ME TO PUT SHOTGUN IN WITHOUT DIS ASSEMBLING THE LIGHT MOUNT WHICH IS TO THE RIGHT OF THE BARREL. MY PLANO ALTHOUGH IS A VERY STURDY WELL MADE CASE FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS THIS ONE WAS, I ONLY BOUGHT THE FLAMBEAU BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE, WOULD DEFINETLY RECCOMMEND THE PLANO OVER THIS ONE. |
