I ordered the bike because it is in my sorority colors. However, probably wouldn't be the FITO brand or any brand that is not completely put together. There were only a few parts to install, but they used "directions" that were not for the cruiser bike. The instructions didn't include installing the fenders, etc. It included installing handlebar brakes, which this bike doesn't use. I had to go to youtube to see if I installed everything correctly. No problem with Wayfair, the problem was with FITO. Also the paint scratches with the slightest touch. Will I was putting the fenders on, they go scratched. They must only have one coat of paint on them. Pros: colors Cons: not assembled, very poor instructions, thin paint covering
