Relatively easy to assemble. My 2 year old grandson loves it and won't let his 4 year old brother touch it.

Delivered on time and carried into my garage. 1 small peice was missing but arrived within 3 days of phone call.

There were lots of parts but it was pretty easy to follow the instructions and it went together well. The forward/reverse shifter was bent probably by the packaging. It isn't broken and it still works but it has the white stress marks in the plastic from being tweaked. My kid is 3 and he has grasped the accelerator pedal but not the steering. I can set the steering so that he just drives around in circles and he is happy. Also the battery is holding up pretty well probably because he only weighs about 30 pounds.

This is a great toy for the kids. They will be occupied for hours!! The jeep arrived as per schedule. The only problem I had was assembling the steering wheel. I called Fisher Price and the person on the other end was just incredible. She stayed on the phone with me until the entire thing was assembled. My kids love it. I would definitely recommend it.
